Discover Petroleum visited the Exploration Revived conference 17-18th March 2009 in Bergen. Approximately 290 participants joined the conference that included 21 presentations. As usual the Exploration Revived conference contained a mix of attractive papers, from good case histories integrating geology and geophysics, through basin exploration overviews, exploration strategy and Key Notes on important exploration issues.
Discover Petroleum was proud to let the industry take a closer look into what is seen as the most interesting and prospective opportunity in our new APA 2008 award - PL 506S in the Stord Basin. Flemming Kjeilen-Eilertsen presented "New play model revealed amongst beach bridges, lagoons and palm trees - Stord Basin, North Sea - Norway"
