1) Assess your own situation and motivation. Consider available time, current health and your family situation.
2) Establish a goal that is achievable. Instead of disappointing yourself, focus on an ambition that you actually can handle.
3) Becoming good takes time, but it will not take much time before you actually have fun if you focus on the right elements: Community, unity, physical and mental health.
